Preparation & Sitting With You

 Preparation for the posts on Fast Food From Home are underway. On this rainy fall Saturday, however, I am feeling an inner urging to just sit with you a while. Everywhere I listen and read there are so many people overwhelmed and undone both emotionally and physically.  Shouting, ranting, raving, lunacy abounds.  Instead of more words and opinions, the strength of the quiet gentleness and loving presence of the Lord Jesus will heal more than anything.  May I sit with you dear one?  May I silently rest in the Lord with you, allowing Him to calm the storms raging both inside and out?  Our Lord is faithful and true.  His mercies are new every morning, and His love never fades out, becomes outdated, or obsolete.
