Munchie Monday!

Smoothies! They are perfect for a quick easy snack. What you need:
  • Fruit- fresh, frozen, or canned. Preferably what you got on sale or grew yourself. If using canned fruit drain before use. Various combinations of fruits taste delicious. Some examples are-peaches and strawberries or even add some blueberries * bananas and strawberries * pineapple, bananas, and strawberries.
  • Blender
  • Long spoon
  • Drinking glasses
  • Ice- if not using frozen fruit

Blend the fresh or canned fruit first. Then add the frozen fruit or the ice cubes. You might need to stir it around in blender after adding the frozen ingredients. If mixture is too thick to blend well, add some milk or juice. When blended to desired consistency, pour into glasses and enjoy! -Not of This World
