Savory Bubbleloaf and Crockpot Pasta

Happy Labor Day!

With the fall season coming on strong busy days can be made easier with easy to prepare meals. Here is a super easy one dish meal that can be cooked in the slow cooker or oven, which ever fits your home best. A super easy and yummy bread recipe is included too, just because the cooler days of fall and warm bread go together like a hand in a glove. Both recipes are ideal for putting on at lunch break or early afternoon to enjoy when practices, games, and after school lessons are over.

Cheesy Ham and Pasta Bake (crockpot version)

Ham - cooked, cubed, and cooled (Approx. 2 1/2 lbs.)
Pasta - cooked to al dente and drained (Approx. 1 package)
Cream of Mushroom Soup or homemade alternative (the equivalent of two 10.5 oz. cans)
Mozzarella cheese (shredded 8 oz.)
Cream cheese (8 oz. cubed)
Milk (fill empty cream of soup can and pour in cooker)
Salt
Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Garlic

Brush inside of slow cooker with olive oil. Mix ingredients. Put in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours. It is important not to cook the pasta until it is complete done. It must be al dente to avoid mushy pasta.

Savory Bubbleloaf

Frozen dinner roll dough
Melted butter (2 sticks)
Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
salt

Mix cheese, garlic powder, seasoning, and salt in small bowl. Roll dough in butter then roll buttered dough in seasoning mixture. Place in greased bundt pan or baking dish. Cover and let raise in a warm location. Will take at least three hours, maybe more depending on temperature of the room. Bake at 375 degrees 25-35 minutes. Invert bundt pan onto round platter.
