I Added This Too...

 Then I added this:

  • Prepare mentally and emotionally to remain strong and vigorous in mind and soul. 
  • Decide ahead of time to be strong and positive.
  • Calm down from the inside out.
  • Practice calming down by learning new disciplines such as "Breathe Prayers" (Ex: God's love in on the inhale; anxiety out on the exhale.)
