Quick Tip

Ahhhhhhhhh, it's that rare moment of quiet that sometimes shows up in between the afternoon and the evening.   As much time as I spend in the kitchen, you would think Abundance would be mostly cooking and recipes with a little smidgen of other stuff thrown in, but it hasn't turned out that way.   Anyway, here's a little tip that I use often when baking:  when recipes instruct to sift flour and/or other ingredients, use a wire whisk to do the job.  Not only will this save on the expense of purchasing a sifter, there isn't another something to clean up afterwards.  What kitchen won't breathe more freely with one less gadget in the cupboards?  Hope this tip serves you as well as it has me!  So long until next time.
